Nicholas Moy is Co-Founder and Chairman of Gryphon Emerging
Markets. With 40 years experience he is a founder of private equity
in Europe and one of the UK's most respected experts on the Middle
East.
He served with both the British Army and Foreign Service in the
Middle East and South East Asia before co-founding Granville, the
leading mid-market investment bank that was sold in 1998, where he
was responsible for the group international operations in Western
and Eastern Europe.
Nicholas is Chairman/Non-Executive Director of a number of high
profile companies, including Greenpark Capital International,
Cordoba Islamic Finance Group and Dolphin Capital International
(Real Estate).
He holds a master's degree in Oriental Languages (Arabic and
Persian) and Law (including Shariah) from St. Catharine's College,
Cambridge and an MBA from Wharton Business School. He is a British
national.
